Shaker kitchen styles have minimal detailing and add a timeless design to your home. They are universal and suit country cottages, period homes and add a traditional twist to contemporary properties.

In-frame kitchen styles are when the cupboard door sits within a frame fitted inside the kitchen carcass. The door opens within the frame, creating an elegant feature.

Handleless kitchen styles provide an ultra-minimalist style to your kitchen and are a chic, understated addition to your contemporary home.

What are the kitchen trends for 2023?

There are several kitchen trends for 2023.

Kitchen islands are here to stay, but with a bit of an upgrade. Freestanding furniture, like baker’s tables are becoming popular. They are multifunctional and help provide a flexible arrangement for your new kitchen.

Gone are the days of neutral-coloured kitchens, in 2023, why not add a splash of colour to your space? Pastel colours, such as pinks, greens, and blues are appearing quite popular. Bolder colours like greens and blues have been on trend recently, with a resurgence of red. These colours add a statement to your kitchen, giving it a fresh and modern look.

There are some practical features that are becoming more popular this year. Warming drawers have recently increased in popularity in domestic homes. Modern wine cellars remain popular, seamlessly fitting into your kitchen layout. Pantries are making a comeback in 2023. They are extremely practical and many people are now wanting to include a pretty pantry within their new kitchen.

What do I need to do to prepare for my kitchen renovation?

At Kitchens Complete, we will take care of everything for you, from start to finish.

For a smoother process, prior to our initial chat, why not have a brainstorm of the features and appliances you would like to include in your home? If there is anything you don’t currently use, consider not including it in your renovations. Also think about the budget for your kitchen, check out our simple guide to planning the cost of your new kitchen.

What is the typical workflow for a kitchen renovation?

We will have an initial chat, which provides the perfect opportunity for us to discuss any unique features you would like in your home. Once we have the details, we will explain the styles, trends, products, and accessories available that would complement your requirements.
