At Kitchens Complete, we understand that deciding to buy a new kitchen is a significant commitment, both financially and in terms of the impact on your daily life. We're dedicated to making this process as smooth and disruption-free as possible. Here's how we do it through our comprehensive 5-step design process:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Start your journey with an initial chat where we discuss your vision and requirements. We consider everything from your household size to your cooking habits to ensure the design fits your lifestyle perfectly. This consultation aims to understand your needs deeply, so your new kitchen is not only beautiful but also perfectly functional.
Step 2: Design and Customisation
Using the latest CAD kitchen design software, our designer Troy will create detailed line drawings and 3D visualisations of your proposed kitchen. These designs will include everything from the colour of the floors to the appliances on your countertops, ensuring you can envision the final look comprehensively.
Step 3: Showroom Visit
We invite you to our showroom to review the plans and see the actual products that will be used in your kitchen. This step helps ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the design, products, and overall project cost before moving forward.
Step 4: Detailed Planning and Scheduling
Once you're happy with the design and the products, we'll set up a detailed schedule of work. This schedule considers your personal timetable to minimise disruption. We also introduce you to our tradespeople who will be transforming your space, adding a personal touch to the process.
Step 5: Installation and Completion
Our expert team will carry out the installation according to the agreed schedule. We require a 25% deposit to start, with the balance due on delivery of goods and the final payment made upon completion. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new kitchen, which will be both beautiful and fully functional.
